Grounded Doula Support
for Birth & Becoming
Preparation, presence, and nervous system regulation for fertility, pregnancy, birth, and early parenthood.
Evidence-based care that helps you feel steady, capable, and deeply supported at every stage of the journey.
How We Can Work Together
Fertility & Early Planning
For those considering pregnancy or navigating conception.
Thoughtful guidance and space to explore your options with clarity. Whether you are preparing your body, facing uncertainty, or simply wondering where to begin, this is steady, informed support at the very start of the journey.
Pregnancy & Birth Support
Preparation for labor, personalized birth planning, and continuous in-person support throughout labor and delivery.
Together, we clarify your preferences, practice comfort techniques, and prepare for both expected and unexpected turns. During labor, I provide grounded presence, movement guidance, and nervous system regulation so you feel steady and capable when it matters most.
Birth support packages begin at $1,600.
Postpartum & Early Parenthood
Care for recovery, adjustment, and integration after birth.
In-home support for recovery, adjustment, and the early weeks with your baby. I provide hands-on help with feeding, newborn care, and physical recovery, along with steady emotional support as you find your rhythm.
Meet Marysia
I am a mother of three, an artist by training, and a lifelong student of the body.
Long before I held a doula certification, I was the person friends called in the middle of the night when something felt uncertain. Sitting on living room floors, talking through fears, answering late-night questions, and quietly holding space.
My background in ceramics and design taught me to trust process. To pay attention. To understand that meaningful work happens slowly, through patience, care, and the willingness to stay present when things feel unpredictable.
Motherhood made those lessons personal.
Pregnancy, birth, and postpartum are some of the most transformative passages a person can move through. They ask us to meet the unknown with courage, to listen closely to our bodies, and to navigate moments that can feel both powerful and vulnerable.
As a doula, my role is not to take over that process. It is to stand beside you in it.
I offer steady presence, thoughtful preparation, and grounded support so that you can move through birth feeling informed, respected, and deeply supported in your own instincts.
The work I do is not about controlling birth. It is about helping people feel more capable inside of it.
Becoming a doula did not change who I was. It simply gave a name to work that already felt instinctive.
Let’s Begin with a Conversation
Choosing the right support during pregnancy and birth is personal. A consultation gives you space to ask questions, share what feels uncertain, and explore how we might work together.
Initial consultations are typically held virtually for convenience and privacy. If you are local to the North Shore, we can also meet in person at a public venue such as a coffee shop.

Yes. I support families planning vaginal birth after cesarean as well as those navigating higher-risk pregnancies.
When additional medical care is involved, I work alongside your providers to help you feel informed, steady, and supported. My role is not to replace medical care, but to help you navigate complex systems and decisions with clarity and grounded presence.
Every pregnancy and birth is different. Support is tailored accordingly.

A 40% deposit is required to reserve your due date and secure on-call availability. The remaining balance is due at 37 weeks, or two weeks prior to a planned birth.
Payment plans are available upon request.
I also offer a limited number of sliding scale spaces each year. In some cases, this may involve adjusting the scope of services rather than providing the full package. If cost is a concern, I encourage you to reach out so we can explore what might be possible.

Birth is dynamic, and circumstances sometimes shift.
The initial deposit reserves your due date, secures on-call availability, and covers the individualized preparation that begins well before labor. Because that work starts immediately, the deposit becomes non-refundable after 48 hours.
If plans change after that point, I understand that life can be unpredictable. My intention is always to approach these situations with clarity, professionalism, and mutual respect.

In addition to doula care, I offer creative add-on services such as pregnancy and birth photography, belly painting, hand and foot molds, and custom baby books through my sister creative practice, Amphista Arts. These offerings are optional and can be integrated thoughtfully into your care experience.

If a circumcision is medically indicated, I fully respect the role of medical providers and support families as they navigate those decisions.
However, I do not participate in or provide support for elective circumcision procedures. If this is something your family plans to pursue, I am happy to offer referrals to other doulas who can provide the support you are seeking.
